Cork City’s Docklands are located within walking distance of the existing city centre. The area incorporates:

• the North Docks - which largely consists of two major land holdings – the Kent Station lands and the Water Street/former Barry’s Timber Yard site; and

   

• the South Docks - which consists of a more extensive land area stretching from the river quays south towards Monahan’s Road and from Albert Quay in the east to the Church Avenue, Blackrock in the west.
